Inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold, Girls Inc. TN Valley empowers girls ages 6-14 to overcome barriers and reach their full potential through research-based programming, mentorship, and advocacy. Our mission is to create environments where girls can thrive, developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead fulfilling lives while making positive impacts in their communities.
What We Do
At Girls Inc. TN Valley, we deliver life-changing programs that equip girls to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers through research-based programming and supportive mentorship. Our programs build STEM skills, financial literacy, and healthy relationships while exploring college and career pathways. Through hands-on learning experiences and community service projects, girls develop leadership abilities and confidence. In our pro-girl environment, participants feel safe, respected, and empowered to use their voice. Each program is designed to help girls build confidence, discover their strengths, and envision a future full of possibilities. Through our whole-girl approach, we ensure that girls have the tools, resources, and support network they need to thrive.
