Who We Are

Aging with Pride is a volunteer-powered community initiative building a more affirming, connected, and resource-rich region for LGBTQ+ older adults, caregivers, and families. We bring together local partners across aging services, healthcare, mental health, legal support, caregiver resources, and LGBTQ+ organizations to reduce isolation and improve access to inclusive care. Our first major project is the Aging with Pride Expo in April 2026, designed to connect people with trusted resources, practical education, and ongoing support. Volunteers are the heart of this work, helping create a welcoming experience and strengthening long-term community connections beyond the event.

What We Do

We’re organizing the Aging with Pride Expo in April 2026, a community resource event focused on LGBTQ+ older adults, caregivers, and families. The expo will bring together trusted local partners, offer practical workshops, and make it easy for attendees to find affirming services in areas like aging support, caregiver guidance, mental health, legal planning, dementia resources, and wellness. The goal is simple: reduce isolation, connect people to real help, and build relationships that continue after the event through ongoing programs and partner referrals.
